The FISH-TANK is currently

unavailable for Charter

The USCG's National Vessel Documentation Center

has repeatedly rejected all applications

for Commercial (Charter) Documentation on the vessel.

The NVDC will not issue Coastwise Trade or Fishing endorsements

on the vessel because I cannot provide the Manufacturer's

"Certificate of Domestic Build"

(from a company that has been closed

since 1986, and for which no records exist)

Although several involved persons have provided affidavits of

Knowlege of domestic build

(including Michael Rybovich <yard owner>,

Cal Cannell <designer/builder, and others)

 the USCG NVDC still deems this vessel as a

negative impact on domestic shipbuilding

and will not allow me to enter it

into the charter sport fishing fleet.

I will consider taking guests fishing on a "Not-For-Hire" basis.

As such, my guests will have to:

*voluntarily 'chip-in' on bait, fuel and oil costs

*secure their own valid Florida State Fishing License
